Now That Your Giving Form Is Ready
You’ve done it! Your Giving Form is all set up and ready to use.
Let’s make sure people know how to use it and help your ministry thrive.
Below are a few simple ways to make giving easy for everyone:
-
Let Donors Help With Fees
- When someone gives online, a small fee is taken out for processing.
- You can turn on a feature that lets the donor choose to cover that fee. That way, your ministry keeps the full gift — and the giver gets to do a little extra good.
-
Try Text Giving
- Did you know most people who use text giving are not teenagers? In fact, many are adults between 49 and 59! *2023 Charitable Giving Statistics
- Text giving lets people donate right from their phone — no computer needed. It only takes about three minutes to set up.

Share the News
- To help your church family start using digital giving, tell them about it often.
- Here are a few ways to do that:

- Play a Short Video on your website or on social media – [Get the video]

Take Donations by Phone
- If someone calls and wants to give over the phone, no problem!
- You can take a donation right away using something called the Virtual Terminal. It’s like a digital giving form for your staff.

- Sometimes you’ll need to make a new donor profile first.

-
Create a Home Page for Your Ministry
- You can make your Giving Form a one-stop place for everything— like prayer requests, guest sign-ups, event forms, and donation drives.
- Turn on the Home Tab to add all these in one easy spot.

Keep It Simple
The goal isn’t just to collect gifts—it’s to make giving joyful, easy and accessible for everyone.
Share often, thank often, and celebrate every act of generosity.
You’re building a culture of giving that lasts.
