Learn how to filter through all transactions, issue refunds, and print or resend receipts.
Accessing the Transactions Report
- Navigate to your Manager Dashboard.

In the sidebar menu, expand Reports, then select Transactions.
Filter and Sort Transactions
Searching and Filtering Transactions
From your Transactions report, use the Search bar to find a specific gift. Then, select the Filters tool at the top right corner to refine your view.
Once Filters is open, you can adjust several criteria to narrow down your search:

Status
-
Fund
-
Occurrence
-
Location
-
Payment Type
-
Payment Method
- Deposit Account
Your selected filters will be listed at the top of your report. To remove a filter, click the circle 'x' icon on the filter chip.
Sorting and Customizing Columns
Not all columns are initially visible in your report by default. To customize your report view:

Click the Column Sorter Icon on the far right of the column headers.

Check or uncheck columns to add/remove data points as needed.
Click on column headers to sort data in ascending or descending order.
Pro-Tip: Enable the "Reason" Column for Declined Transactions
To determine why a transaction was declined, ensure the Reason column is enabled in your Transactions Report. This column is not visible by default. To enable it:

Click the Column Sorter Icon.

Check the Reason column to add it to your report.

Printing or Saving Reports
Once your report is set to the correct specifications, you can print or export the report using the buttons at the top of the page. Additionally, you can save your most frequently used report settings to quickly access that information every time.
Understanding Payment Methods
The Method column in your Transactions Report identifies how a payment was made. Below are the available methods and their descriptions:

FMS (Forms Manager): The donor used a direct link from the Forms Manager tab to access a specific giving form. Learn more

Giving Portal: The donor accessed the giving page through your Giving Portal address (URL). Learn more

Virtual Terminal: An admin manually entered the donation using the Virtual Terminal in the Control Panel. Learn more
Receipts, Refunds, & Other Actions
Printing or Resending Receipts

Click the 3-dot ellipsis icon within a transaction’s row.

Select Resend Receipt.

The giver’s email address will be pre-populated, but you can enter a different email if needed.
Processing Refunds

Click the 3-dot ellipsis icon within a transaction row.

Select Refund.

Choose to issue a full or partial refund to the donor’s original payment method.
Editing Fund Allocation
If a giver accidentally donates to the incorrect fund:

Click the 3-dot ellipsis icon within the transaction row.

Select Edit Fund.

Choose the correct fund from the dropdown menu.
Editing Payment Profiles
To manage a donor’s stored payment methods:

Click the 3-dot ellipsis icon within a transaction row.

Select Payment Profiles to view, add, or edit stored payment methods.
