Below are the crucial first steps to setting up your account, going live, and confirming a successful launch!
1. Create New Project
After accessing MinistryOne in your account (either through the main Settings ⚙️ Gear Menu or your 9-Dot Menu), you'll land on a Project page. You'll name your project the name of you organization, and click Start Project.
2. Configure App Settings
General Info

Ministry Name: The name you would like displayed on the app for your ministry.

Description: A short description of your ministry (4k characters or less). This will let those searching for your church or ministry know that they have gotten to the right place.

Address: The address you want listed in the app for your org.
Logo (372x372px): This will be a small logo that appears in the app. Note the size requirements.
Integrations
ChMS? Streaming?: Do you have a Ministry Brands ChMS or do you use ChurchStreaming.tv? Make sure you have your credentials for both ready.
3. Enable Modules
Giving: Connect your Primary Giving form here.
Sermons: If you would like to have your media feed display in the app for your donors, come ready with your playlist or channel feed for YouTube, Vimeo, or an RSS feed from another source.
Events: An event form is required to set up this module. Learn more about building forms here.
Calendar: If you have a public calendar you wish to add, you will need to have the ICAL link ready for us to input into MinistryOne.
Contact: If you would like a prayer request or contact form available in the app, you’ll need to have them ready/built . Learn more about building forms here.
Check in (only available with MB ChMS integration): Have a ChMS with us and want to allow your folks to check-in to your events? Have the ChMS check-in system ready and an event created to take registrations.
People (only available with MB ChMS integration): Want your ChMS directory available in the app? You will need to make sure that you have permissions set correctly in the ChMS. The integration also includes groups information.
4. Customize Design
Menu Style: choose how you would like your app menu to appear.
Colors: select a theme and colors to match your organization's branding.
5. Check Status & Publish
Oh Snap!: this message will appear if you have sections of the app that need to be resolved before you can publish.
Publish: this will launch your finished product into the mobile world! You will immediately see your Sharing Options.
6. Publicize your App
Display It On Your Site: Linking to your app is simple, just copy the embeddable code below to your website. Users will jump directly to your content after downloading the app.
Share a Public Link: Copy and share this public link to direct users to a webpage with more information about your church, as well as a link to download your app.
