Once a kiosk is set up in one Mode, switching to another is quick. This article explains what modes are and how authorized users can switch between them.

What is a Kiosk Mode
Kiosk Modes determine what the user can do on the Kiosk. The available modes are:
- Give Now - The user can only make a donation.
- Give Now & Events - The user will choose whether they want to make a donation or register for an event.
- Dedicated Form - The user will be presented with a pre-selected form.
How Switching Works
- The Mode Selection page displays the three modes. The Active field shows which Mode was most recently used.
- Select a Mode by tapping the corresponding option. That Mode will load.
- To get back to the Mode Selection page, tap the Lock icon.
- Choose a different Mode from the Mode Selection page.
Important: Switching to a mode you have never configured will prompt you to complete that Mode's required setup. Switching back to a previously configured mode usually will not, unless a required setting is missing.
