How to Add or Change Your Payment Method

Step-by-step instructions on how to add a new payment method or update an existing one in your giving account. By following these steps, you’ll ensure your gifts are processed smoothly using your preferred method.

 

How to Add or Change a Payment Method

Step 1: Sign In to Your Account

  1. Go to your church’s giving page.
  2. Click Sign In at the top of the form.
  3. Enter your email or phone number, or use MinistryID if available.
  4. Once signed in, click your initials in the top-right corner, then select My Account.

 

Step 2: Access Payment Methods

  1. In My Account, navigate to the Payment Methods tab.
  2. You’ll see your current saved cards or bank accounts.
  3. To add a new one, click Add Payment Method.

 

Step 3: Add or Edit Details

You can choose from:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • ACH (Bank Account)
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay (on iPhone)
  • PayPal
  • Venmo

 

Then fill in:

  • Name on the card/account
  • Billing address
  • Expiration date or account/routing number
  • Optional: Mark as Default Payment Method

Click Save to complete.

 

 

Step 4: Assign New Method to Recurring Gifts

If you’re replacing an old card for an existing recurring gift:

  1. Go to the Scheduled tab.
  2. Find the recurring gift you want to update.
  3. Click Edit, then assign your new payment method.
  4. Click Save.

 

FAQs

Can I delete a payment method?

Yes! You can delete any unused or expired payment methods under My Account > Payment Methods. Just click the trash icon.

Will updating a payment method change existing scheduled gifts?

Not automatically. You must edit each scheduled gift and manually select the new method.

Can I add more than one payment option?

Yes! You can store multiple options and select the one you prefer for each gift.
