Note: Password resets will not work if accessed through the Giving Portal or a donation form link. Always use the login page linked above.
How to Reset Your Amplify Giving Password
If you’re having trouble logging into your Amplify account, follow these steps:
- On a computer, go to:
- Click “Forgot Password”.
- Enter your email address and check your inbox for a password reset link.
- Click the link to create a new password.
- This link is valid for 2 days.
Still Can’t Log In? Try This:
If you’ve followed the steps above and still can’t log in:
- Double-check that you’re entering the correct email address.
- Make sure your browser’s autofill is turned off—autofill can sometimes prevent successful logins.
- If you’ve recently received an email invitation to Amplify, you’ll need to accept the invite before logging in for the first time.
- If you’ve used a mobile number in the past, try using your email address instead.

- If you are a donor, reach out to your church/org administrator
- If you are an account manager, contact our support team and include:
- Your full name
- Church/Organization name and Zip code
- The email address you’re using
- A brief description of the issue
