Updating Manager Account Settings

Making updates to your Manager account is simple. You can add or edit your Name, login Email, Password, Phone Number, Role and view your Permissions.

Accessing your Manager Account

From the top right corner menu, click your initials, and select Account from the dropdown menu.

Updating My Email Address

The email address listed in your Manager Information is the email you will use to log into your account and receive a Verification Code if your account uses Two-Factor Authentication. It is also the email we will use to send important account updates, so be sure you have access to the associated inbox. To ensure the highest level of security to your account, each Manager should have unique login credentials. 

To update your login email, simply type the new email in the email box.

Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.


Changing my Password 

Security experts suggest that you change your Password every three months. Changing your password is easy. Below your Email address, there is a check box to Change Password?.

When that box is checked, you'll be able to enter your new password. Requirements will appear to help you create a new secure password.

When you're done creating your new password, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the Save button.
