Add a Progress Bar to Show Giving Goals on a Form

The Impact Report feature empowers you to authentically convey your ministry’s story, connecting givers with your vision and igniting their passion to support your endeavors. This tool helps you reach your ministry’s goals by showcasing progress and impact.

Steps to Create and Enable an Impact Report

Step 1: Create a Pledge Drive

  • If you haven't already, start by creating a Pledge Drive with a fund goal.

Step 2: Create Your Impact Report

    1. Go to Fund Management from your dashboard.
    2. Edit the fund assigned to your Pledge Drive.

    3. Select Impact Reports at the top.
    4. Check the box to Add impact reports for this fund.

Step 3: Add Impact Report Details

    1. Add a title for your Impact Report.
    2. Provide additional information in the extra information box. This can include a thank you message from the pastor, your church’s mission, vision, and values, or a description of what you are fundraising for and updates.

💡 Pro Tip: Add an image to your Impact Report to highlight the information for your donors.

 

Step 4: Display Fund Goal

    1. Check the box to Allow fund goal to be displayed.
    2. Click Save.

Step 5: Enable Impact Report on Your Giving Form

    1. Navigate to your Form Manager.
    2. Select the three dots to the right of your form and click Edit Form.

    3. In edit mode, select Form Properties at the bottom of the page.
    4. Select Impact Reports at the top.



    5. Check the box to Enable Impact Reports.

Step 6: Customize Impact Report Display

    1. Add any additional text you want to display.
    2. Check the boxes for Show your extra fund information and Show fund progress.
    3. Choose to show progress via Progress Bar or Amount.

    4. Click Done, then Save and Publish your form.
