Create and Download Customized Reports
Objective:
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to create and download a Custom Data Export from the Manager Dashboard. By following these steps, you will be able to build a report tailored to your database or import needs—even when a default data profile isn’t available.
Why Use a Custom Export?
If you’re importing data into another system or need a report with specific values or formatting, Custom Export lets you select which data fields to include and how they appear in the .csv output.
Steps to Generate a Custom Data Export

Log in to your Manager Dashboard.

In the top right corner, click the Settings Gear ⚙️ icon.

Select the Data Export option.
Step 1: Choose a Profile

In the Export Profiles section, open the dropdown and choose Custom (.csv).

Use the Formula field to define your export using the supported tokens (see full list below).

Example formula:
[date][sep][personName][sep][amount][sep][source][sep][paytype][sep][scramble] - Click Save to lock in your custom formula.
Step 2: Set Export Options

Select your Transaction Source and Payment Type from the drop-down.

Choose your desired Date Range.

(Optional) Add an Envelope Number for Anonymous Members (up to 30 characters).

In Members to Include, choose whether to include members with blank IDs or envelope numbers.

Click Export Data to download your report.
Your file will download as a .csv (Excel-compatible) spreadsheet.
