This guide explains how to save an existing form as a template for future use, making it easy to reuse forms for different groups or events.

Saving a form as a template allows you to efficiently reuse well-designed forms for similar events or groups, saving time and ensuring consistency in data collection.

How to Save a Form as a Template

  1. Go to the form you'd like to reuse.
  2. On the bottom right-hand corner, you'll see the option to Save As New Template button.

  3. You'll be prompted to Name your new template.
  4. Moving forward, you'll be able to locate your new templates from the template picker, under Custom Templates.
