Once you've added the Funds (or Designations) that your Givers can give to in the Fund Manager, we'll need to make them visible on your giving form. We'll cover how to add and manage funds on both the Express Giving Form and the Standard Giving Form, and how to designate which fund is selected by default.
Navigate to Form Manager
From the navigation on the left, click Forms.
Typically, your main giving form is called "Give Now." You may have renamed it and created several additional giving forms. Click the name of the giving form you would like to edit.
Each giving form can either be an Express Giving Form or a Standard Giving Form. Express Giving Forms provide a simplified, mobile-ready donor experience and are our recommended option. Standard Giving Forms offer a few more customization options.
How can you tell if your form is an Express form? Look at the top-right corner for the toggle switch.

Express Giving Form
To manage the form's funds, click on Form Properties at the bottom of the Form Manager page.
Next, select the Fund List tab.
Add/Remove a Fund From the Form
The Fund List will show all funds from Fund Management. Selecting the Display checkbox next to a fund name will add it to the form. Deselecing the checkbox will remove it from the form.
Order and Designate a Default Fund
The order of funds on the form is determined by the order in the Fund List. If you need to reorder the funds, click and drag the multi-dot icon to the right of the Tax Deductible checkbox. Drop the fund on your desired location on the list.
The default fund is the one at the top of the list. This fund will be selected by default when the form is visited. Drag your desired fun to the top of the list.
Specify Tax-Deductible Status
You can also choose to tag funds as tax-deductible by clicking the checkbox in the Tax Deductible column. The tax-deductible designation is set on each form for each fund. It cannot be set in the Fund Management area. For example, a "Christmas Angel" donation may be designated as tax-deductible on one form if the checkbox is checked, but may appear non-tax-deductible on another form.
One-Time vs. Recurring Gifts
On the Fund List page, you can also click "Specify recurring vs. one-time by fund." This article explains this feature in much more detail.
Don't Forget to Save
Once you are satisfied with your selected funds and the order in which they will appear, click Done.
Be sure to Save and Publish your changes to ensure your new fund(s) are updated in your live form.
