This guide walks you through customizing your Kiosk settings to accept gifts, process event registrations, and more. Before getting started
- Ensure the Kiosk feature is part of your purchased plan.
- Verify your user permissions.
- Contact support if the tile remains unavailable.
Settings within the Manager Portal
- Access the Manager Portal:
- Log in to your Giving Platform and navigate to Settings by clicking the Gear Icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.

If the tile isn’t visible, contact support.

Customize Your Kiosk Settings:

Organization Logo and Background Image: Drag and drop or select images from your computer to upload.

- One-Time Payments: Allows admins to process unique, single payments. Ideal for merchandise sales or fundraising. Assign a default fund and set a fee coverage percentage.
- Event Registration: Display live event registration forms from your Form Builder. Note: Long forms may not be ideal for Kiosk use.

Set Security Pin: Lock the screen on a specific form or screen, such as a “Camp Registration” form.
Settings on the iPad Kiosk

Log Into the Kiosk Application:
- Use your Giving Platform Manager credentials to log into the Kiosk app on your iPad.

Select a Mode:

Kiosk Mode: Allows givers to select actions, such as giving or registering for an event. If Event Registration is enabled in the Manager Portal, the home screen displays both Give Now and Register for an Event options. Forms marked as “Event Registration” in the Form Builder will automatically appear.

One-Time Payment Mode: Process one-time transactions for merchandise sales or fundraisers. Transactions are tied to the default fund set in the Manager Portal.

Form Lock Mode: Locks the screen on one specific form, such as Event Registration, Prayer Requests, or Contact Forms. Ideal for high-traffic areas or single-use purposes.

How to Process a One-Time Payment

Enter the dollar amount for the transaction (e.g., item price or donation).

Provide the required information for identifying the transaction in reports.

Swipe the card to complete the payment.
Using Form Lock Mode

Select a form to lock the Kiosk screen.
- Search by form title or filter by form category.

Confirm your selection by clicking Yes.

Display your Kiosk with the locked form. Attach the card reader if payment is required.

- Forms Dependency: The Kiosk relies on the Form Builder for event registrations, prayer requests, or contact forms. Changes made in the Form Builder will be reflected immediately in the Kiosk.
- Event Registration Responses: Access responses for event registrations in the Forms Builder within the Giving Platform.
- Ideal Placement: Avoid using lengthy or multi-step forms in high-traffic areas for smoother experiences.
