A donor can log in to use a saved payment method or add a new one. However, entering a password isn't always practical or convenient. An alternative is to use a 6-digit verification code sent to the donor's email or phone. This method is especially helpful when the donor is on a device without access to saved passwords. As long as they can access their email or receive a text message, they can proceed. 

Save a New Payment Method

1. Navigate to your organization's donation form.
2. Enter a donation amount.
3. Select the One-time Gift option.

4. Select a fund from the fund dropdown.
5. Enter your payment details:
   1.  Full Name
   2.  Card Number
   3.  CVV Code
   4.  Expiration Date
   5.  Zip Code
   6.  Email Address
   7.  Phone Number (optional but highly recommended)
6. Click Submit to complete the payment.

7. On the confirmation screen, click Save Payment Method.

   

8. Enter your email address and click Send Code.
    

   

9. Check your email, then enter the 6-digit code. Click Verify. 

   

10. The payment method has now been securely saved. 

Use a Saved Payment Method

If you have previously saved a payment method using either the above method or by logging in and saving it the traditional way, you can bypass the password login using these steps.

1. Navigate to your organization's donation form.
2. Enter a donation amount.
3. Select either Recurring Gift or One-time Gift.
4. Select a fund from the fund dropdown list.
5. If Recurring Gift was selected, enter the Frequency and Start Date.

6. Instead of entering your payment information, click the Use it now link next to "Have a saved payment method?"

   

7. Select either Phone Number or Email Address, enter the corresponding information, then click Send Code.

   

8. Enter the 6-digit code. Click Verify. 

   

9. Your previously saved payment methods will be displayed. Click one to select it.

   

10. The payment method will be applied. Click the Submit button.
