Learn how to use MinistryID to access your donor account if you previously set it up. MinistryID is an older single sign-on option that allows donors with multiple giving accounts to log in with a single email address.
What Is MinistryID?
MinistryID was designed to allow donors to sign in with one email address across multiple giving accounts. If you're a long-time user, you may still see the option to Login with MinistryID on your ministry's giving form.
Note: MinistryID is no longer actively supported for new users. If you're setting up a new account, use the standard email or phone login instead.
Sign In with MinistryID
- Go to your ministry's online giving form.
- Click Sign In.
- Select Login with MinistryID.
- Enter your MinistryID email and password.
If you're unsure whether you've set up a MinistryID, try your usual login method first.
Troubleshooting MinistryID Issues
Forgot Your Password?
Click Forgot Password on the MinistryID login screen.
Note: Make sure you're resetting your password from the MinistryID screen, not the standard donor login.
Linked to the Wrong Email?
Some users accidentally link the wrong email address when setting up MinistryID. If you're having trouble:
- Try signing in using your original login method (email or phone).
- If you're still stuck, contact our support team.
Remove MinistryID from Your Account
If you previously set up MinistryID and wish to remove it:
- Log in using your MinistryID.
- Click your initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Account.
- Click Remove or Delink beneath the MinistryID logo.

Can I still create a new MinistryID?
No, this option is no longer supported for new users.
Do I need MinistryID to give online?
No. You can give using your regular login method — email, phone, or guest checkout.
