Important: You must text REFUND within 15 minutes of sending your gift. If you realized the mistake after 15 minutes have passed, contact your church or organization directly to request a refund.
Refund a Text Gift
If you just sent a gift via text, you'll see a confirmation message. If you made a mistake, here's how to refund it:
Text the word REFUND in response to your confirmation message.
Your refund will be processed immediately.
Note: For gifts completed through the online form, mobile app, or other payments and event registrations, contact your church or organization directly to request a refund.
