Single-Fund Forms: Overview

Sometimes, you may run special campaigns or fundraisers where all donations or payments are directed to a specific fund. In these situations, creating a dedicated single-fund form can offer a more focused, smoother giving experience than sending donors to your main giving form. 
 
Single-fund forms work especially well with QR codes or NFC tap tags, letting donors quickly access a straightforward, mobile-focused, purpose-built form that directs their gift exactly where it is intended to go. When these forms include digital wallet payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo, the checkout process becomes even easier. 

Here are three example single-fund forms, including step-by-step instructions, to help you customize a form for your specific needs.

 

User-Specified Amount Form

If you want to create a form that directs all payments to a single fund while still letting your users set the payment amount, the User Amount field is the perfect solution.

Preset Payment Amount Form

If you want to create a form with a preset payment amount that directs all payments to a single fund, the Base Amount field is the perfect solution.

Express Giving Form

If you prefer the Express Giving Forms user interface, you can customize it to function as a single-fund form while still allowing the user to enter their own donation amount. Unlike the other two examples, the Express Form will display the fund the payment is going toward, but the user will not be able to choose a different fund.
