Note: If you don’t see PayPal as a payment option within your ministry’s Giving Form, please get in touch with the organization directly. Each organization must set up PayPal as an option before it is available.
Donating via Mobile (iOS or Android)
Note: Screenshots reflect iOS, but the experience is identical on Android devices and all browsers.
- Open the Giving Form and complete the required fields (Name, Email).
- Select PayPal as the payment method.
- Tap the PayPal button.
- Log in to your PayPal account and complete verification.
- Click Agree & Pay Now.
- You’ll be redirected back to the Giving Form and see a Thank You message.
Donating from a Computer
- Open the Giving Form and complete the required fields (Full Name, Email).
- Select PayPal as the payment method.
- Click the PayPal button.
- A PayPal login pop-up appears—log in and click Agree & Pay Now.
A Thank You screen will confirm your donation.
FAQs
Q: I don’t see PayPal as an option—what should I do?
A: Contact your church or organization administrator. They must enable PayPal in their General Settings before it appears on forms.
Q: Is there an extra fee for using PayPal?
A: No. PayPal is offered as a giving option at no additional cost to donors.
Q: Where do receipts go?
A: PayPal receipts are sent to the email address associated with your PayPal account.
