Manage Your Giving Account

Manage your personal details, payment methods, and account settings in your Giving account—from your phone or computer.

 

Access Your Account from Your Phone

If you know your organization's Text Giving Number, text the word EDIT to it.

If you do not know the Text Giving Number, proceed to the browser method instead.

Tap the link in the text message, then tap Sign In. Sign in with your phone number, email address, or MinistryID.

Once logged in, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner, then tap My Account to see the list of options.

Access Your Account from a Web Browser

Navigate to your church's online giving page and click Sign In. Sign in with your email address or MinistryID.

Once logged in, click your initials in the upper-right corner, then select My Account.

The My Account options will be listed to the left.

Account Settings (My Account)

Personal Info

The Personal Info page lets you update your Name and Address. At the bottom of the page is a prompt that instructs the system to notify you before recurring gift processing. To opt in, click the checkbox and select when you would like to receive the notification email.

Click the Save button once you are done making changes on this page. 

 

Churches

The Churches page shows which churches and locations you have donated to. You can also set your primary church or location. 

 

Payment Methods

The Payment Methods page allows you to add, edit, or remove credit cards and bank accounts. These Payment Methods can be used to donate or make payments when logged in to your account.

Important: If you have recurring gifts linked to a payment method, assign a new payment method to those gifts before removing the old one.

 

Account Info

The Account Info page lets you update your email address, add a mobile phone number, or update your password.

When adding a phone number, notice the Text Secure PIN button. This verifies the required phone number.

 

Switching to a New Phone Number

If you have a new phone number and want to use it for giving, follow these steps:

  1. Make a gift using your new phone number. This registers the number in our system and verifies your ownership—an important step for keeping your account secure.
  2. Contact your church or organization and ask them to merge your old and new accounts.

Once merged, your full giving history will be accessible through your new phone number.

 

FAQ

Can I delete my account completely?

Accounts are tied to giving history for reporting purposes. To stop using your account, remove your payment methods and recurring gifts—your history will remain accessible.

What happens if I update my email address?

Your new email becomes your primary login and will be required the next time you sign in.

What if I forgot my password?

On the login screen, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions in the email you receive.
