This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to log into your Giving account (online portal). By following these steps, you will be able to access your profile, manage recurring gifts, update payment methods, and view giving history.
Why Logging In Matters
Signing in lets you securely manage your donations and personal information without waiting on office hours. It’s the fastest way to edit scheduled gifts, change payment methods, and review your giving history.

- Access to your email inbox or mobile phone
Steps
Log In with Email or Phone Number
- Open your church’s Giving page and select Sign in.
- Enter your email or phone number, then select Next.
- Enter your password, then select Sign in.
If you don’t know your password, click Forgot Password and follow the prompts.
- Log In with a One-Time Code (Passwordless)
- On the Sign in screen, enter your email, then choose Sign in with one-time code.
- Check your email for a six-digit code and return to the sign-in screen.
- Enter the code to complete sign-in.
If you don’t see it, check Spam/Junk, wait a minute, then choose Resend Code.
- Log In with MinistryID (Legacy Login Option)
- On the login screen, select Login With MinistryID.
- Enter your credentials
- MinistryID lets you use one login across participating Ministry Brands products.
- If you do not have an account already, we recommend that you DO NOT create a MinistryID.
- Create an Account (New Donor)
- On the Sign in screen, select Create One.
- Follow the prompts to verify your email/phone and set your password.
- Sign in to access Give Now, Scheduled, and History tabs.
FAQ
I’m not receiving the one-time code. What should I do?
Check Spam/Junk, verify the email entered, wait 1–2 minutes, then tap Resend Code. If it still doesn’t arrive, sign in with your password or contact your church.
My phone number won’t work to sign in.
Your phone may not be linked yet. Sign in with email, then add your phone number under My Account → Account Info.
Does using a one-time code replace my password?
No. It’s an alternate, secure way to sign in. You can continue using a password anytime.
Who can help me if I can’t access my old email?
Contact your church or organization to update the email on your donor record.
