Updating your personal information, payment methods, and account settings within your Giving account. By following these steps, you can manage your giving details on your smartphone or computer.
Manage Your Account from Your Smartphone
Text the word EDIT to your church’s Giving Number to receive a link to the login page.
Tap the link in the text message, then tap Sign In. Sign in with either your email address or Ministry ID.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address, then tap the Forgot Password link to receive an email with password reset instructions.
Once logged in, tap the menu icon at the top-left corner. Tap Account Settings.
You will be able to edit the following:
- Personal Info: Name and Address
- Payment Methods: Add and edit credit cards and bank accounts
- Account Info: Edit your email address or change your password
From the menu, you can also tap Scheduled to view and edit any current recurring gifts.
Manage Your Account from Your Computer
On your church's website, navigate to the online giving page. Click Sign In. Sign in with either your email address or Ministry ID.
If you have forgotten your password, enter your email address, then tap the Forgot Password link to receive an email with password reset instructions.
Once logged in, click your initials at the top-right corner. Click My Account.
You will be able to edit the following:
- Personal Info: Name and Address
- Payment Methods: Add and edit credit cards and bank accounts
- Account Info: Edit your email address or change your password
