Agree to Updated Terms of Service
- To meet Apple Inc. requirements, you must agree to the updated Terms & Conditions:
- Check the box to agree.
- Use the provided links to review the updated Terms before agreeing.

Update Default Payment Types in Settings
- Navigate to the Settings Gear Wheel at the top right corner of your Giving Manager Portal.
- From the tile menu, select Settings.
- Under the Default Payment Methods section, check the box for Apple Pay.
This will automatically enable Apple Pay on all your forms.

Add Apple Pay to Specific Giving and Payment Forms
You have full control over where Apple Pay is enabled. Follow these steps to disable or enable Apple Pay on individual forms:- Navigate to Forms from the Left Navigation Menu.
- Select the form you want to update.
- At the bottom of the screen, select Form Properties.
- Go to the Payment Tab.
- Under Accepted Payment Types, check or uncheck the box for Apple Pay.
- Save & Publish your changes to update live forms across your website, mobile app, or text giving.
How Donors Give with Apple Pay
Apple Pay simplifies giving for donors using Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, or Safari browser). They’ll simply enter a donation amount, select a Fund, then choose Apple Pay from the Payment Options.

Apple Pay Reporting
Apple Pay transactions will appear the same way as all other transactions appear in the Transaction Report. Apple Pay will be indicated in the Payment Source column. They can also be refunded in the same manner as all other transactions.
Important Notes

Terms of Service: Apple Pay cannot be enabled until you agree to the updated Terms of Service.

Apple Devices Only:
- Apple Pay will only appear for donors using an Apple device or the Safari browser.
- It will not display on non-Apple devices or browsers.

Recurring Gifts & Pledges:
- Recurring gifts, pledges, and partial payments cannot be processed using Apple Pay.
- If a donor selects a Recurring Gift, Apple Pay will automatically be removed as a payment option.

Embedded Forms on Your Website won't Display Apple Pay:
- Apple Pay is supported on Direct Form links only. If your Giving Form is embedded on your website, Apple Pay will not appear.
Why? For Apple Pay to appear, Apple requires the domain (or subdomain) to be registered with Apple. Ministry Brands has registered our direct forms URL, but unfortunately, we cannot register your website domain on your behalf.
