Recurring Gifts is a feature of giving forms that lets you schedule your donations at your chosen frequency. Learn to create, edit, and cancel a recurring gift.
Access Your Organization's Giving Page
- Typically, your organization will have a link to a giving/donation form on its website. If your organization uses Text Giving, you can text the word GIVE to their number. You will receive an automated response with a link to their giving form.
Once on the giving form, select the recurring tab to initiate your gift.
Create a Recurring Gift
Important: Your organization's form may vary slightly in features as we give organizations the ability to customize the forms to meet their needs.
- Enter a dollar Amount for your donation.
- Select a Fund from the dropdown.
- Choose the Frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually).
- Choose a Start Date.
- Enter your payment details.
- Click the Submit button.
Manage a Recurring Gift
On your organization's giving form, click Sign In
- You may sign in with either your email address or your mobile phone number, depending on the information you provided when creating the gift.
- Click the Forgot Password link if you are having trouble logging in.
Click the Scheduled tab to view your recurring donations.
- Click the Delete button to end the recurring gift.
Click the Edit button to edit the Amount, Fund, Frequency, Next Payment/End Date, or whether you would like to cover the administrative fee.
Pro-Tip: If a recurring gift has been set up as an anonymous donation, the donor must log in to their donor profile to manage it. For privacy and security, administrators cannot edit or delete anonymous gifts.
