General Giving FAQs

How do I log in to my account?

Visit your church’s giving page and click Sign In. Enter your email or phone number and follow the prompts to log in.

If you’re unable to sign in:

• Click Sign in with One-Time Code to receive a temporary login code via email.

• Or click Forgot Password to reset your password (check your spam folder for an email with “Password Reset”).

Once logged in, click your initials (or the menu icon on mobile) to view or manage:

  • Scheduled Gifts – View, cancel, or update your recurring donations
  • Giving History – Review past donations
  • Payment Methods – Add, remove, or update your cards or bank accounts
  • Personal Info – Edit your name, address, or contact details
  • Account Info – Manage your login and settings

⚠️ Note: If your ministry uses an older giving form, your view may look slightly different, but the account tools will be similar.

How do I update or cancel a recurring gift?

After logging in:

  • Go to the Scheduled tab.
  • Click the Edit icon to update the amount, fund, frequency, payment method, or next gift date.
  • Click the trash icon to cancel the recurring gift.

What if I need a refund for an online gift?

Please contact your church or organization directly to request a refund.

For trust and security reasons, only your church can process refunds. The Support Team cannot issue refunds on their behalf.

How long does it take for my church to receive my gift?

Gifts typically take 2–3 business days to appear in your church’s bank account after you’ve given.

Is my card and bank account information secure?

Absolutely. All sensitive financial information is protected with bank-level security, including:

  • 256-bit AES encryption
  • Level 1 PCI compliance standards
  • Secure HTTPS connections

Your information is stored and processed by our trusted banking partner—not within the giving system itself.

How will I know when my credit card is charged?

You’ll receive an email confirmation every time your card is charged.

Can I designate my gift to a specific fund?

Yes!

  • When giving online, you’ll typically see a dropdown menu of fund options.
  • If you’re giving via text, just enter the amount + fund keyword (e.g., $100 Missions).
  • Not sure of the keywords? Text KEYWORD to your church’s giving number for a list.

How do I edit my donor account information?

  1. Online: Go to your church’s giving page and click Sign In. Once logged in, click your initials in the top corner to access and edit your account.
  2. Text: Text the word EDIT to your church’s giving number to receive a secure link to your Account Settings.

Text Giving FAQs

Does text giving cost me anything?

Only standard text and data rates apply. While there is a small processing fee for digital gifts, the church pays it, not you.

Is my personal info sent via text?

No. No personal or financial data is transmitted through text. All sensitive info is stored securely in our encrypted platform.

How is my phone number used?

Your number is never sold or shared. It’s only used:

  • To confirm your donations
  • To respond to specific text requests (like REFUND or KEYWORD)

What if I type the wrong amount?

  • You’ll immediately receive a text confirmation showing your gift amount.
  • If you made a mistake, respond with REFUND within 15 minutes to cancel the gift.
  • After that, you’ll need to contact your church directly.

Is text giving case sensitive? Do I need a dollar sign?

Nope! These all work:

  • $100, 100, 100.00, $100.00
  • Uppercase and lowercase text work equally

What is the number I text?

The number belongs to your church/organization and is used exclusively for giving. It’s secure and private.
