Accessing Transactions
Although donors can access their giving history at any time, your administrative team may still receive requests to re-send or print a previous gift receipt. To access these options:
- Navigate to Reports on the left navigation menu.
- Click on Donations/Transactions.
- Within a transaction’s row, click the 3-dot ellipsis icon on the far right. This will display several actions you can take related to that transaction.
Printing or Re-Sending Receipts
Re-Sending a Receipt
- Select Resend Receipt to send the giver another email copy of their original receipt.
- When you click Resend Receipt, the Send field will automatically populate with the giver’s email address.
Note: While you can enter a different email address if needed, resending a receipt can only include one recipient at a time.
