The Giving Portal is designed to be the go-to place for your donors to make their donation. The Portal Address, also referred to as your online giving link, can be customized to make it easier to share. You can also copy the address to share with your community.
Navigate to the Giving Portal

Click the Gear Icon at the top-right corner.

Then select the Giving Portal card.
Customize the Giving Portal
- Header Image: Upload an image, such as a logo, to be displayed at the top of the portal, above your giving form. Important: the Header Image is not visible when using an Express Giving Form.
- Display Name: This text is displayed at the top of the portal, above your giving form. Important: the Display Name is not visible when using an Express Giving Form.
- Giving Form: This is a dropdown field. You should select your main giving form, typically called Give Now.
- Portal Address: Click the Copy button to copy the giving link to your computer's clipboard. From there, you can paste it into an email, document, etc. Click the Edit button to change the last section of the URL.
- Integration Code: This is a piece of HTML code that you can use on a website.
Are You Planning to Upgrade to Amplify Giving?
The Portal Address/giving link will not remain the same after migration. Once you are migrated, you will have a new Portal Address. Be sure to update your website, social media accounts, and publications with the new Portal Address.
