Linking Your Primary Giving Form

Objective

This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to locate and share your primary and additional Giving Forms in the Giving Portal. By following these steps, you will be able to share giving opportunities with your donors across multiple platforms.

Access Your Primary Giving Form

To find your primary online giving link:

  • Navigate to your Manager Portal.
  • Click the Gear ⚙️ Icon.
  • Select the Giving Portal card.


Your Portal Address will display at the top of this section.

We recommend including this link on your website and anywhere else you invite people to support your ministry.

Other Ways to Share Giving Forms

If you’ve created additional forms, you can share them in several ways. These options can be found by opening the form, then navigating to:

QR Code

Each form automatically generates a unique QR Code. You can download this code and use it on:

  • Posters
  • Slide presentations
  • Brochures
  • Other promotional materials


Embed Your Form

You can embed your form directly into a webpage on your site.

  • Locate the embed code from the form’s General Info tab.
  • Paste it into your website editor or share it with your website administrator.


🔒 Important: Embedded forms must be placed on SSL-encrypted (https) pages.

If you’re unsure whether SSL is enabled, reach out to your website provider.

Direct Link

You can also copy and paste a direct link to your form anywhere you’d like:

  • Email
  • Social media
  • Church app or newsletter


Share with Form Keywords (Text Giving)

Use Form Keywords with your Text Giving number to direct givers to specific forms.

Example:

  • “Text COMMUNITY to xxx-xxx-xxxx to sign up for a Community Group.”
    • The giver receives an automatic text reply with a link to the form.
