This article provides answers to frequently asked questions from givers, along with step-by-step instructions for how to give online or via text.

Here are some of the most common questions we receive from givers and donors—maybe yours too!

Q: How do I log into my Giver Account?

A: You can access your account by visiting your ministry’s giving page (usually found on their website) and clicking the Sign In tab. Enter your email or phone number and follow the prompts.

🔑 If you’ve given before, an account was created for you automatically. If you don’t have the invite email, click Forgot Password to reset access.

 

Still having trouble? Contact your church or organization directly for assistance.

 

Once logged in, you can manage:

  • Recurring Gifts

  • Giving & Payment History

  • Personal Info

  • Payment Methods

  • Account Settings

  • Linked Locations or Churches

Q: How do I cancel a Recurring Gift?

A:

  1. Log into your Giver Account

  2. Click the Recurring tab

  3. Click the trashcan icon to stop the recurring payment

If you’re having issues logging in or locating your recurring gift, please contact your church or ministry directly.

 

⚠️ Our Support Team can help you access your account, but for privacy and trust reasons, all recurring gift cancellations must be handled by your church or organization.


Q: How can I get a refund for a recent gift or payment?

A: Refunds must be handled directly by the organization you gave to. Please reach out to your church or ministry if you need assistance with a refund.

⚠️ Our Support Team does not process refunds, in order to maintain transparency and trust with each ministry we serve.


How to Give

How to Give Online

To give online, visit your ministry’s giving page and:

  1. Enter the amount, fund designation, and frequency

  2. Input your payment method securely

  3. Click Give Now


✅ That’s it—quick, secure, and easy.

 

How to Give via Text

Text giving is one of the easiest ways to give. Here’s how:

  1. Text GIVE to your organization’s Text Giving Number

  2. Follow the secure prompts

  3. Save the number in your phone for future gifts

💬 Additional Text Commands:

      • EDIT — Update your profile, create a recurring gift, or check your giving status

      • KEYWORD — View a list of available giving funds

📝 Example:

To give $20 to the Building Fund, text: 20 Building
