The impact report feature serves as a valuable tool, empowering you to authentically convey your ministry’s story. By using this tool, you can effectively connect givers with your vision igniting their passion to support your endeavors and assist you in reaching your ministry’s goals.
If you are already utilizing the Pledge Drive feature in your giving platform, you can enable the Progress Bar view on your Impact Report. This will allow your donors to see their progress toward the fund goal you have set on your Pledge Drive when they give to that fund on your primary giving form.
Step 1: To start, you will need to create a Pledge Drive if you have not done so already.
Step 2: Once your Pledge Drive is created with a fund goal, you will need to create your impact report in the fund.
Step 3: Go to Fund Management from your dashboard and edit the fund assigned to your Pledge Drive.
Step 4: Here you will want to select Impact Reports at the top and check to Add impact reports for this fund.
Step 5: Once selected you can create your Impact report. You will add a title and can add more information in the extra information box. This can be as simple as a thank you from the pastor or your churches mission, vision and values. It can also be a description of what you are fundraising for and updates.
Pro-Tip: You can add an image to your Impact Report to accentuate the information you are highlighting for your donors.
Step 6: Check the box to Allow fund goal to be displayed and click Save.
Step 7: Now you will go to your primary giving form to enable the Impact Report by navigating to your Form Manager. Select the three dots to the right of your form and Edit Form.
Step 8: In edit mode for your chosen form, you will select Form Properties at the bottom of the page.
Step 9: Select Impact Reports at the top and select Enable Impact Reports.
Step 10: Add any additional text you want to display then check Show your extra fund information and Show fund progress. You can show progress via Progress Bar or Amount.
